As my relocation to Australia seems to follow the season metaphor, today I can finally say that I felt the arrival of spring. A sunny warm day at the Geelong Waterfront welcomed the opportunity of a short run and a few yoga asanas on the Western Beach pier. I felt my energy start returning after a long dark winter. I even enjoyed the visual encounter with a jellyfish. And I can't wait to finally test the water in the shark enclosed area of Eastern Beach. Hopefully my research will witness the arrival of spring as well!

camminando | Finally, Toward Spring

Waterways | From Gold to Blue
My coordinates have moved closer to the Equator to 8.0592° N, 98.9189° E, namely Krabi, Phra Nang Peninsula Thailand ---and my visual field satured with gold and saffron hues colours has changed to blu, aqua, framed by palm trees and other tropical plants. I am staying near Aonang beach, visually beautiful but not so tempting for swimming. But there are plenty of options to more alluring clear waters. The easiest one is a long tail boat ride to Railay beach, my first immersive encounter with the Andaman Sea.

Bangkok: from Sky to Earth
Yesterday my ccordinates have moved back toi the northern hemishere at 13.7500° N, 100.4667° E, namely Bangkok, Thailand. This majestic, chaotic, magical, mind-blowing city is called in Thai "Krung Thep Maha Nakhon" City of Angels.
A travelers approaches the city from the sky, literally, as usually arriving by plane; then if daring enough to get to the city from the airport by public transportation (also the quickest route, considering the road chaotic traffic)
The view from the maze of streets is totally different....more to come.
