An exhibition of two recent works of British artist and filmmaker Steve McQueen opened yesterday at Marian Goodman gallery.Giardini (2009) a two -channel video, was first presented at La Biennale di Venezia, where McQueen represented the UK. Almost a self-referential, tautological work, Giardini is a series of views of the exhibition grounds of La Biennale, during a time of the year when the site does not host any exhibition.
