practice | Viewing the River Upside Down

Bringing our yoga individual practice (as our spiritual views) to the outside world can often be challenging. I found that often helps to practice actual hatha yoga in public places with which I feel a special connection, such as the Hudson river waterfront in New York. A Vinyasa flow facing the sunset and leading to a head stand, reinvigorates the energy level, often low by the end of the day; it also offers unusual perception of common places, such as the inverted view of the earth, water and sky.
