Vernissages | NYC, February 3

A very eclectic evening tonight, and I can say I had a little taste of a lot of the contemporary art scene offerings. Vernissages spanned from a re-proposition of a Fluxus happening to large scale installations, from abstract expressionism to video and light environments. My favorite was Jim Campbell light installations, very immersive.

Exhibitions NYC | Scattered Light @ Madison Square Park Park

The Madison Square Park Conservancy Art program presents three new site-specific commissions by engineer / new media artist Jim Campbell.
Scattered Light, will be on view from October 21, 2010 through February 28, 2011 in the historic Madison Square Park.

Vernissages | NYC, Chelsea April 15

A quite varied evening with an interesting technology driven exhibition: Jim Campbell at Bryce Wolkowitz.
