camminando | Summer Weather

Yesterday I could nor resist the temptation of a walk in Eastern Beach, at the Geelong Waterfront, in a sunny day. It is strange to see a Christmas tree in this hot temperature —81 degrees Fahrenheit. Even a short walk caused pain: will I ever heal?

camminando | Palm Trees, a Pier and a Tall Ship

In Geelong a warm mid-fall day still offers me the opportunity for a healing walk along the Waterfront.

After recording the noon shadow of the usual palm tree, I encounter a replica of the majestic 1830 tall ship Enterprize: the tall ship sailed from Tasmania with the first white settlers that founded the city of Melbourne.

And some public art always frames the beauty of nature in the urban environment.

After a hot day in the car, I finally made to the Gulf of Mexico coast of Florida and I was rewarded with one of the most magical sunset ever witnessed.
