camminando | Views from Above (Queensboro Bridge)

Bridges offer unusual views of the urban landscape, merged with many layers of transportation and infrastructure: walking the most primitive and natural means to move from place to place is often challenged by aggressive bikers, when separated by cars and trains. The energy of the city is frenetic in the towering skyline, gigantic billboards and fast moving vehicles.

performance art | NYC, Marina Abramović "Generator" at Sean Kelly

The participatory performace was almost Zen experience awareness of prioprioception, blindfolded and with earmuffs covering sound in an anonymous, not familiar space. No recording device was allowed.

emotional survival practices | First Sunrise

On Sunday October 19 I experienced an extremely painful emotional situation. After an almost sleepless I tried to get up and encounter the sun rising behind the Upper East Side buildings from one of my favorite places in Central Park: the reservoir. The meditative focus on the sun water reflection had an healing effect, bringing some solace in this emotional rollercoaster.
