Thoughts | Spirals: the Geometry of Communities
I often find comfort and reassurance in thinking of the world in terms
of geometry: mountains are shaped as fractals, water bodies derive from
combinations of sine and cosine functions, meteorological events become
equations of fluid dynamics, and distances between places are straight
