2016 Resolution Is No Resolution | Learned Lessons from 2015

2015 has been another challenging year, when resilience represented the main constructive action.
The effort is in finding balance, like in a dance following the metaphor of Hindu gods in the Trimūrti, where creation, maintenance, and destruction are represented by the almost choreographed interactions between Brahma (creator), Vishnu (preserver) and Shiva (destroyer). Finding balance between attacks has become the main objective of my most recent life experiences, after being bullied by my husband or the neighbors.
I learned from 2015 that there is no much control left and often following any personal new year resolution can be an act on unnecessary and unrewarding determination. Most important while trying to remain strong and healthy during vile attacks is letting go of perfectionism and comfort zone, trying to finding balance instead of grounding. Embracing change and becoming flexible to adapt to new situations is probably the best resolution for the upcoming year,
